The Ballestas Islands also known as Galapagos of Peru, due to its abundant fauna and unique landscapes, are located south of Lima, they are small islands composed mainly of rock formations, here you can see the Guano bird, the booby and the tendril among others birds, as well as impressive mammals.
The Paracas National Reserve is located in the department of Ica, it is a Protected Natural Area by the Peruvian state, it protects the marine-coastal ecosystem of Peru; as well as protects archaeological remains of the Paracas culture.
This Reserve has a total area of 335,000 hectares where more than 1,500 species of animals live, including resident and migratory birds, mammals, reptiles and fish. Highlighting the turtles, whales, sea lions, Humboldt penguins, otters, dolphins, among other species.

We will pick you up from your accommodation in Lima early in the morning to take you in a comfortable bus for four hours to Paracas.
Once in Paracas, we will take you to the port where you will board a boat that will take you to the Ballestas Islands where you can see sea lions, penguins, and many birds.
After visiting these islands, we will take you to tour the Paracas National Reserve, one of the deserts protected by the Peruvian state where you will see incredible views of the desert and the ocean.
After visiting the beaches of this reserve, in a bus we will take you to the Secret Slave Tunnels, accompanied by our guide, who will give you more information about this place that was a place to traffic slaves in the 17th century.
Finally, after enjoying this day in Paracas, you will take a bus back to Lima and later drop you off at your accommodation.
